FAQ

1-New Customers: In order to bid you must send your e-mail address and mailing address in a private message to the Facebook page before you begin bidding.

2- Shipping is charged to buyer on auction items. The cost of actual shipping to you will be added to your invoice. Shipping is usually combined for multiple days and sent in a separate invoice.

3-All invoices are expected to be paid as soon as received or by 12 noon est the next day.

4-If invoices are not paid on time (or arrangements made before bidding) you will not be allowed to bid again for 30 days, if it happens more than once you will be blocked.

5-You must bid in $2 increments (or if a higher price item $5 or $10 increments). However, bidding increments are up to the discretion of the auctioneer.

6-Any items that have been purchased, but shipping has not been paid for, within 7 days become property of KnQ Treasures and is disposed of in whatever way they deem necessary. No refunds will be issued an you could be blocked.
